About This Role

A*STAR Graduate Academy seeks a Senior Manager to oversee scholarship programs, conduct data analysis for policy reviews, and drive recruitment while managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance scholars' operations policies to ensure relevance.
• Conduct statistical analyses of data trends for decision-making in scholarship policy reviews.
• Drive promotion, recruitment, and management of scholarship programmes including promotional events.
• Collaborate with internal partners to achieve scholarship programme outcomes.
• Engage senior stakeholders and scholars during management engagement sessions.
• Plan for budgeting requirements for scholarship programmes.

• Resourceful and driven with high energy level.
• Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of higher education policies and their wider impact on Singapore.
• Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and in a team to deliver results under tight timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
