Senior Research Engineer, Device Process Modules (Power Electronics), IME

About This Role

We are seeking a Senior Research Engineer with expertise in PVD and etching for SiC device module integration, requiring 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor process modules and cleanroom safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes for SiC device module integration, focusing on yield improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process modules for SiC devices manufacturing.
• Conduct experiments, analyze data, and refine processes to achieve targeted performance and yield.
• Troubleshoot issues related to device integration and process development.
• Document procedures, maintain SOPs, and standardize operating methods.
• Work effectively as a team while independently solving technical problems.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in semiconductor device module integration with focus on PVD and etching modules.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of basic semiconductor unit processes such as PVD, RIE, ICP, etc.
• Ability to work effectively as a team and independently.
