Responsibilities
- Formulate master plans for research and office space needs.
- Conduct due diligence on building codes and regulations across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and manage change requests.
- Develop standardized space plans for consistency across properties.
- Optimize space utilization and reduce inefficiencies through value engineering.
- Track performance of implemented plans to continuously improve space utilization.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Background in R&D space planning with understanding of Singapore building regulations.
- Registration with Singapore Professional Engineers Board or Society of Project Management.
