Senior Manager, Application/ICT Infrastructure - Infrastructure Engineer (ITSS)

About This Role

Lead the management and enhancement of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Microsoft 365 workplace platforms. Focus on ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant operations across cross-platform devices in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end workplace endpoint services including Microsoft Intune, device enrollment, and application deployment.
• Drive service performance against SLAs/XLAs with a focus on Day-1 onboarding and user experience.
• Govern endpoint security, including Conditional Access, compliance, and protection policies.
• Define and enforce endpoint standards and lifecycle governance across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
• Manage Microsoft 365 collaboration services while balancing usability and enterprise controls.
• Drive automation, engineering practices, and cost optimization for platform management.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years experience managing enterprise UEM and Microsoft 365 workplace platforms.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and application deployment.
• Proven experience in service ownership, vendor management, and large-scale endpoint operations.
• Deep technical knowledge of UEM technologies.
• Experience in endpoint security and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration; scripting/automation (PowerShell) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into platform solutions.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
