About This Role

A*STAR IME Manager (Compliance) requires a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years experience in research security, export controls, and risk management to conduct compliance audits, manage KRI reporting, and enforce A*STAR policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct export control management and risk assessments
• Compile, review, and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for A*STAR ERM Office
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with A*STAR policies and procedures
• Maintain high staff awareness through training, sessions, and eDMs
• Adhere to A*STAR policies and procedures for export control management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or minimum 2 years of related work experience
• Related certifications on EAR/ITAR will be advantages
