Responsibilities
- Developing and optimizing image-processing workflows for high-multiplexed in situ sequencing data.
- Building downstream analysis workflows for spatial gene expression and RNA translational efficiency analysis.
- Developing mathematical modeling frameworks for RNA kinetics and multimodal integration of imaging data.
- Troubleshooting wet-lab experiments, evaluating data quality, and translating microscopy images into biologically interpretable datasets.
- Collaborating with wet-lab scientists to troubleshoot experiments and improve computational performance.
- Building robust analytical frameworks for single-cell and subcellular spatial RNA analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Chemical Biology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience of programming in Python and R with AI tools.
- Experience with image processing, microscopy analysis, or spatial omics data analysis.
- Experience with bioinformatics tools such as Scanpy, Seurat, or Squidpy.
- Comfortable working with large imaging datasets and high-performance computing environments.
- Interest in spatial genomics, computational pipeline building, and RNA kinetics modeling.
