About This Role
A*STAR Manager for Tech-Biz Development in ARTC's Advanced Remanufacturing & Technology Centre, responsible for managing Land Transport pillar accounts and battery ecosystem development via IAF-PP.
Responsibilities
- Deliver existing pillar commitments with current consortium members, ensuring primary ownership of key Land Transport accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned industry partners to ensure strong engagement and alignment with ARTC's capabilities.
- Coordinate internal technical, programme, and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of projects and partnership commitments.
- Maintain clear account plans, engagement records, and reporting to support strategic oversight of key accounts.
- Identify follow-on opportunities within existing accounts, including new co-development projects and long-term collaboration roadmaps.
- Deepen collaboration with existing members to expand the Land Transport pillar ecosystem and identify new industry partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, industry engagement, or technology commercialisation, preferably within land transport, electrification, battery technologies, or advanced manufacturing.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while driving multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Passion for sustainable mobility, battery innovation, and ecosystem development in Singapore.
