About This Role
A*STAR Project Manager, PMO, ARTC requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/PM with 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably PMP certified. The candidate must lead R&D projects from conception to completion, manage scope and schedule while driving quality, procurement, finance, and legal
Responsibilities
- Lead full life-cycle R&D projects and product delivery
- Manage project scoping, schedules, deliverables, and milestones with internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure successful delivery of scope and targets while managing risk, quality, schedule, budget, and legal challenges
- Drive design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions through active leadership of research teams
- Lead quality, procurement, finance, and legal challenges throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive design/process validation testing and ensure compliance to governance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters in engineering/PM related discipline
- 5+ years of project management experience in product development or research preferred
- PMP certifications or equivalent advantageous
- Good business acumen and driven to deliver customer requirements
- Proactive team player, technically motivated, innovative, and effective communicator
