(Senior) Project Engineer/ Project Manager, PMO, ARTC

About This Role

A*STAR is seeking a Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to lead R&D projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful delivery of scope and targets while managing risk, quality, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full R&D project life cycles from conception to completion.
• Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing risk, quality, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive leadership by motivating project team members in design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions.
• Establish communication plans, build project schedules, establish clear deliverables and milestones with stakeholders.
• Implement and manage project changes to achieve deliverables and mitigate risk.
• Overall evaluate and assess the results of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters in any engineering related discipline.
• PMP certifications or equivalent is advantageous.
• Proven track record of executing multiple successful projects.
• At least 5 years of working experience in project management (R&D, engineering).
• Strong business acumen and drive to deliver customer requirements.
• Outstanding project management capabilities including planning, risk management, status reporting, budget tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of re-manufacturing techniques and limitations.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
