  • Coordinate participant recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up across multiple study sites
  • Organise and support site visits and data collection activities in community and/or institutional settings
  • Conduct study procedures to a high standard, including anthropometric measurements (e.g., height, weight) and administration of surveys and study protocols
  • Travel to off-site locations across Singapore for data collection (transport costs reimbursed in accordance with A*STAR IHDP policies)
  • Maintain accurate and organised study records in line with research governance and data management protocols
  • Support data entry, cleaning, and basic visualisation and analysis
  • Contribute to research reporting, including preparation of progress reports, presentations, and manuscripts
  • Work closely with the Principal Investigator, project managers, and wider research team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Requirements

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A proactive, reliable, and “can-do” attitude
  • Willingness to travel across Singapore for fieldwork
  • Interest in nutrition, health, or lifestyle behaviour research
  • Prior experience working in clinical or community settings
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods, data collection, or basic data handling (e.g., Excel, STATA, or similar)
