Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director (Ecosystem Development)

Job Description

Responsibilities

-Supports the Executive Director of NQO in developing and executing a go-to-industry strategy that will support the growth of a vibrant quantum ecosystem in Singapore.  

-Collaborates with various stakeholders to identify viable partnership opportunities that will complement the implementation of the National Quantum Strategy.  

-Leads NQO's response to companies interested to deepen collaboration on Quantum with the Singapore ecosystem.  

-Maintains a positive and productive relationship with partners, resolving partnership and technical issues on behalf of the Executive Director.  

-Provides the Executive Director with relevant industry domain expertise and advice related to quantum technologies.  

-Channels partner feedback to other members of the NQO team. 

Requirements 

-At least 8-10 years of working experience in a similar capacity.  

-Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for good relationship management. 

-Strong problem solving, analytical and systems thinking abilities  

-Resourceful and independent  

-Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
