Responsibilities
- Lead integrative multi-omics, spatial/single-cell transcriptomics analyses.
- Analyze large-scale cancer genomics cohorts for biological insights.
- Prioritize therapeutic targets using computational frameworks.
- Contribute to high-impact manuscripts and grant applications.
- Mentor junior researchers and students.
- Ensure organization of NGS, analytical, and clinical data.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Bioinformatics/Genomics with 2+ years postdoc experience.
- Proven track record leading research and first-authored publications.
- Expertise in multi-omics and spatial/single-cell transcriptomics analysis.
- Proficiency in R and Python.
- Ability to handle large clinical datasets for translational outcomes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
