About This Role
Lead the overall product vision and execution for Citi's Global Custody offering in Singapore. This senior role drives strategy, manages financials, and enhances the product through innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the go-forward vision and strategy for Global Custody.
- Manage strategic program roadmap, development, launch, and marketing.
- Drive commercialization to deliver financial results and build shareholder value.
- Lead innovation, including Digital Assets and leveraging AI models.
- Establish an optimized Global Custody Operating Model across various hubs.
- Drive client value propositions, pricing, and competitive differentiation.
Requirements
- Experience in a Global Custody role within regulated Financial Services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change with a balanced risk management mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Operations, and Technology groups.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills without direct management oversight.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence models and adaptability to new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex operational landscapes.
- Intellectual curiosity regarding Financial Services operations.
