Join Citi in Singapore as an Officer, Equity Settlement. This entry-level role provides operations support for trade reconciliation, settlement, and share transfer processes to ensure timely clearance of client securities transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide operations support for Trade Settlement, Shares Transfer, and Equity Linked Notes.
- Perform investigation/reconciliation for position holdings and internal Bank accounts.
- Handle transactions in a timely manner, meeting service expectations of clients.
- Independently address and resolve complex issues with business impact.
- Monitor work progression to ensure assignments are completed by due dates.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or relevant field.
- Proven ability to multitask in a high-risk environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines.
- Willingness to contribute to team efforts, including overtime/holidays as needed.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
