Citi seeks a Private Banker Senior (AVP) in Singapore to serve as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients. This role drives wealth management by developing tailored financial solutions and building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and convert them into clients by understanding their wealth sources.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, anticipating financial implications and offering strategic advice.
- Develop tailored solutions addressing investment, risk management, and liquidity needs.
- Build multi-generational relationships with client families to ensure long-term connections.
- Drive revenue growth by setting goals, monitoring progress, and establishing referral networks.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of integrity.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Private Banking covering the UHNW market.
- Extensive experience leading client teams and transactions.
- Demonstrated track record in relationship selling and business development.
- Strong communication, influencing, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize complex issues and maintain client trust.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
