About This Role
Citi seeks a Services Proposal Writer to maximize win rates by producing high-quality, customized regional and global proposals. This role involves leading the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and Pitchbooks.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end creation of customized RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses/Pitchbooks.
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, aligned with objectives, and meet deadlines.
- Manage revisions and maintain consistent tone across all proposal sections.
- Partner with Product teams to build and maintain the Proposals/RFP database.
- Stay informed on customer needs and market trends via sales interactions.
- Collaborate with control functions (Legal, Compliance) to ensure governance.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of Sales support/Proposal & RFP writing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven communications and project management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines while working independently/in groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills and multitasking ability.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's is a plus).
