About This Role

Lead the evolution of IT operations at Singapore Airlines by spearheading intelligent automation and engineering solutions for enhanced operational resilience. This role drives the next generation of self-healing, predictive IT operations through AI integration.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance ITSM practices (Incident, Problem, Change) using modern automation frameworks.
  • Design and implement AI-driven operational tools like predictive detection and automated remediation.
  • Lead custom automation development to improve IT service reliability.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers on next-gen operational capabilities.
  • Mentor ITSM engineers on effective process execution aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Oversee operational aspects of the IT Command Centre and Helpdesk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in IT operations with ITSM exposure.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Hands-on with automation, scripting, and AI/ML for IT ops.
  • Proficiency in ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Experience mentoring technical teams and leading collaboration.
  • Software development/scripting in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
