About This Role
Lead the development and governance of cargo industry quality standards using Cargo iQ to drive service excellence. This role ensures compliance, manages performance KPIs, and enhances operational processes across the cargo network.
Responsibilities
- Manage Cargo iQ QMS and ensure compliance with IATA standards.
- Lead audits, maintain the Cargo iQ Quality Manual, and enhance operational procedures.
- Establish and govern divisional Cargo iQ performance KPIs and milestone data integrity.
- Investigate service failures, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee AXIS/SQ Ops Portal governance for shipment monitoring, SLA tracking, and claims.
- Drive continuous improvement with forwarders through performance scorecards and data quality management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in air transport operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders at various levels.
- Proven time management and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and handle non-routine problems.
