About This Role
Join Singapore Airlines as a Credit Card Billing Analyst on a 2-year contract. Manage credit card billing, refunds, and accounting processes while contributing to system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Process timely and accurate credit card billings and refunds.
- Resolve chargeback disputes with banks and companies promptly.
- Reconcile billings/refunds against settlements for account clearance.
- Participate in projects impacting revenue control processes.
- Review and improve work procedures and controls.
- Assist with payment provider contract reviews.
Requirements
- University degree in accounting or business administration.
- Prior Accounts Receivable/General Ledger experience advantageous.
- Airline/payments industry knowledge advantageous.
- Knowledge of AI/automation tools advantageous.
- Driven, initiative-taking individual.
- Task-oriented with good communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
