About This Role
Senior Software Engineer drives the delivery and management of SIA's Air-to-Ground digital products through technical excellence, cloud infrastructure engineering, and DevOps practices for critical aviation connectivity systems.
Responsibilities
- Design/manage AWS cloud & on-premises infrastructure for Air-to-Ground products.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Serve as Technical Lead for Air-to-Ground products (SITA, Airbus, Boeing).
- Manage infrastructure setup for fleet introductions and software upgrades.
- Provide technical support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for production apps.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external OEMs/vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software/infrastructure engineering.
- 2+ years with Airlines Air-to-Ground systems.
- Advanced AWS cloud services expertise (EC2, VPC, IAM).
- Strong knowledge of IaC, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Proficiency in firewall, network security, and database management.
- Experience with Linux/Unix administration and scripting.
- Proven track record delivering complex cloud solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
