A Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Staffing role in Singapore Airlines requires a business administration degree holder with 5+ years of experience to handle full-cycle recruitment, manage hiring dashboards, and engage with educational institutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from pipelining to onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Flying Crew or Corporate Staff.
- Review processes to streamline hiring while ensuring positive candidate experiences.
- Use metrics to create a hiring dashboard and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with educational institutions, organizations, and career fairs to build a talent pipeline.
- Work closely with stakeholders to optimize the hiring process and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or relevant fields.
- Ideally more than 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role.
- Good knowledge of local employment regulations.
- Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactor, Workday) and digital tools.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Digital Dashboards is a plus.
- Experience in overseas markets is an advantage.
