  • Use metrics to create a hiring dashboard and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with educational institutions, organizations, and career fairs to build a talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to optimize the hiring process and ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or relevant fields.
  • Ideally more than 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role.
  • Good knowledge of local employment regulations.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactor, Workday) and digital tools.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Digital Dashboards is a plus.
  • Experience in overseas markets is an advantage.
