About This Role

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability using standard tools and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
• Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and engage with multiple teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular assessments of application features to identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions to empower team members and enhance their technical skills.

Requirements

• Master proficiency in SAP FICO Module.
• Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Responsive and Adaptive Design, and Solution Architecture is suggested.
