Management Consultant - Financial Services

About This Role

Accenture seeks a Management Consultant with strong capital markets and wealth management experience to lead strategic transformation projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for capital markets and wealth management initiatives.
• Define strategic objectives and deliver tailored solutions aligned with client goals.
• Oversee high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction for complex engagements.
• Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with C-level stakeholders to identify business needs and define strategic objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments within the financial services landscape.

Requirements

• Consulting experience in capital markets and/or wealth management with a strong focus on large-scale transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of capital markets (trading platforms, front-to-back processes) and/or wealth management (client lifecycle, portfolio management).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in or with top consulting firms is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
