SAP Finance Lead

About This Role

The Accenture SAP Finance Lead role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in S/4HANA Finance, including at least three end-to-end implementations and strong project management skills to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation programs
• Advise clients on S/4HANA capabilities across General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Treasury
• Manage cross-functional teams including offshore delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Engage senior client stakeholders to align technology with business objectives
• Contribute to business development including proposals, solutioning, and client presentations
• Build internal SAP Finance capability through knowledge sharing and team development

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SAP Finance
• Experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP Finance implementations
• Strong functional knowledge across core Finance modules
• Experience in project or program management, including resource and delivery management
• Experience leading teams in a consulting or project-based environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
