About This Role

Accenture is seeking a high-potential Client Account Lead to manage a strategic Software & Platforms client in Southeast Asia, supporting senior stakeholders and driving account growth through consultative engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of a strategic client account and build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Partner with client teams to understand priorities and contribute to shaping transformation, innovation, and operational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Accenture teams across geographies to deliver aligned outcomes for the client.
  • Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities, supporting deal shaping, and assisting in proposal development.
  • Support management of account financials including pipeline tracking and key commercial metrics.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client's industry, particularly within the software and platforms ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, account management, or a combination of both.
  • Experience within the Software & Platforms industry including exposure to large platform-based organizations.
  • Proven experience engaging with senior client stakeholders at Director or Vice President level, including C-suite interactions.
  • Track record of supporting transformation or operational programs in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience contributing to commercial discussions, account growth initiatives, or deal support activities.
  • Ability to work effectively across Southeast Asia markets and multicultural environments.
