About This Role

The IT Finance Specialist at Marina Bay Sands oversees the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle, manages contract administration and procurement processes, and ensures accurate financial tracking of IT equipment and services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle from requisition to purchase order issuance.
  • Ensure appropriate internal controls support the accurate procurement of IT equipment and services.
  • Monitor requisition requests through the Service Catalog to ensure adherence to agreed lead times and service levels.
  • Manage the IT contract lifecycle, including preparation, review, approval, execution, and record maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit IT contract requests to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT teams, Procurement, Legal, and vendors on contract-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a Diploma in Business Management, Law, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification in Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
  • 4 – 5 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, finance operations, or related function is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Ariba, and Copilot is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
