Responsibilities
- Support Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to run daily kitchen operations.
- Train Chef de Partie and Commis regarding kitchen standards and hygiene.
- Follow standard recipes, portioning controls, and mise en place production.
- Manage food stocks for daily production, order, and receive goods to ensure quality.
- Adhere to food & safety hygiene policies, color labelling, and temperature recording.
- Ensure safe equipment use and provide guidance to culinary colleagues.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary or Management.
- At least 5 years of supervision experience at a 4-5 star hotel or restaurant.
- Excellent logistical and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English with additional language advantages.
- Willingness to work shift hours and perform on-site kitchen movement.
