Responsibilities

  • Support Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to run daily kitchen operations.
  • Train Chef de Partie and Commis regarding kitchen standards and hygiene.
  • Follow standard recipes, portioning controls, and mise en place production.
  • Manage food stocks for daily production, order, and receive goods to ensure quality.
  • Adhere to food & safety hygiene policies, color labelling, and temperature recording.
  • Ensure safe equipment use and provide guidance to culinary colleagues.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Culinary or Management.
  • At least 5 years of supervision experience at a 4-5 star hotel or restaurant.
  • Excellent logistical and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English with additional language advantages.
  • Willingness to work shift hours and perform on-site kitchen movement.
