Recognition & Engagement Lead

About This Role

Recruiter seeks a Recognition & Engagement Lead to design and lead enterprise recognition frameworks, flagship award programs, and large-scale signature events at Marina Bay Sands.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise recognition framework to reinforce performance and business success.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of flagship programs like annual awards and long service ceremonies.
• Develop innovative engagement initiatives using both digital and physical experiences.
• Drive employee engagement action plans aligned to organizational priorities and EVP.
• Integrate well-being initiatives into broader culture strategies for care and belonging.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of events planning and management experience.
• Proven track record in large-scale event planning and management.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
