DFT Engineer

About This Role

DFT Engineer at AMD leads the silicon cycle from design to production, managing DFT teams and ensuring test coverage for complex processors, AI blocks, and controllers.

Responsibilities

• Manage DFT engineers resolving technical challenges and meeting product schedule
• Drive best manufacturing test solution through pre and post silicon activities
• Work closely with design teams to ensure DFT structures are correctly implemented
• Develop and implement DFT schemes on hard-IPs in ASIC and FPGA products
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and verifying DFT schemes on hard-IPs
• Responsible for testing digital logic using Scan Compression, Stuck-at, Transition and Path-Delay fault models

Requirements

• Strong DFT and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate complex engineering subjects effectively to cross functioning technical teams
• Must confidently represent the organization externally
