About This Role
As a Sales Leader, you will drive cloud sales conversion for AMD EPYC instances in APJ by managing a team of specialists and partnering with stakeholders to build trusted advisor status.
Responsibilities
- Build and convert AMD EPYC cloud consumption pipeline aligned to sales targets.
- Manage a team of field sales specialists and orchestrate their strategies for cloud opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders in APJ regional sales, CSP global teams, and business partners to deliver results.
- Interact directly with customers during the sales cycle to build trusted advisor status and positive outcomes.
- Travel to events and meetings as needed to support team sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite, cloud decision makers, and IT/engineering leaders to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead field sales teams and deliver pipeline conversion.
- Experience with CSP products across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience building executive relationships with the largest cloud adopting accounts.
- Understanding of data-center solutions and sales cycle/motion for customers choosing cloud solutions.
- Strong organization, presentation skills (virtual and in-person), communication, and account management.
