About This Role

Operator I, Manufacturing at Thermo Fisher Scientific requires a secondary engineering degree holder with 1-3 years of hands-on production experience in wafer fabrication or photolithography, capable of lifting 40 lbs and adhering to ISO 13485:2003/GMP standards in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work adheres to ISO 13485:2003 and 21 CFR Part 820 requirements, reporting non-compliance to MEs.
• Perform routine tasks within defined parameters and maintain housekeeping standards in the cleanroom.
• Handle, store, and dispose of chemicals following safety guidelines and SOPs while using PPE.
• Develop good working habits, promptly inform Technical Specialists of tool/product issues, and notify MEs of excessive downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe acts or conditions to the Team Leader immediately.
• Provide feedback on inappropriate behavior or poor work habits observed by Team Leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary level in engineering related fields.
• NTC in engineering related fields (or equivalent).
