Requirements

  • Deep understanding of lab/analytical instrument markets (Material Science/Life Science).
  • Proven ability to build, guide, and develop sales teams.
  • Excellence in customer relationship management and strategic account development.
  • Advanced business acumen, analytical skills, and strong negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time.
