Requirements

• Advanced Degree OR Bachelor's + 2 years technical experience with complex instruments.
• Strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written customer service/communication skills.
• Ability to read technical documentation and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50-75%.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in lab environments.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial.
• Adherence to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
