About This Role
As a Demand Planner II, you will develop and manage 24-month demand plans for key product portfolios in the supply chain team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance forecast accuracy and optimize inventory levels for a global mission.

- Translate market insights into actionable supply chain plans using advanced analytics.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce excess and obsolescence risk.
- Facilitate demand review meetings and analyze business intelligence for accurate forecasts.
- Optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient production planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma plus 2 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
- Preferred Fields: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- APICS certification preferred.
- Proficiency in demand planning systems (SAP, Forecast Pro, Kinaxis, or similar platforms).
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership.
