Head of Commercial Growth & Digital Channels, Singapore is responsible for driving revenue growth and digital transformation across Inside Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, and AI initiatives to build a scalable commercial organization.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver revenue targets across Inside Sales, Digital, E-commerce, and emerging digital channels.
- Lead the strategic adoption of AI, Generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics to transform customer engagement and sales productivity.
- Build and scale a high-performing Inside Sales organization supported by digital and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Optimize digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, and search strategies to improve acquisition and retention.
- Partner with commercial teams to establish data-driven operating rhythms, performance management frameworks, and incentive structures.
- Lead cross-functional leadership to influence senior strategy on commercial technology investments and organizational priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Digital Transformation, or Business Transformation roles.
- Proven track record of revenue ownership and commercial growth delivery.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and AI initiatives.
- Strong background in Inside Sales, CRM, SAP, E-commerce platforms, and Automation technologies.
- Experience managing transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Intelligent Automation applications in commercial environments.
- Strong strategic planning, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
