About This Role
ABB's Service Sales Specialist role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce/Power BI, and the ability to penetrate the Installed Base while building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive service sales processes and generate opportunities within the Installed Base.
- Promote various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to customers.
- Act as a marketer during marketing activities including campaigns and trade fairs.
- Understand channel strategy, establish related prices, and prepare recovery plans when needed.
- Develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and exploring potential service portfolios.
- Ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in Engineering or Technical Sales.
- Passionate about driving sales to End-user, EPC, M&E consultant, and penetrating new business opportunities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Salesforce/Power BI.
