Service Project Specialist

About This Role

ABB seeks a Service Project Specialist in Singapore to support service order execution across Southeast Asia. This role involves managing the lifecycle of service orders from creation through to invoicing, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and close service orders in SAP and business systems.
• Monitor order progress, identify risks, and coordinate timely completion with stakeholders.
• Manage invoicing by reviewing documentation and following up on administrative requirements.
• Control documentation accuracy based on assigned tasks and customer procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ABB health, safety, integrity, and business process requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery enhancement.

Requirements

• 3+ years in order handling, project coordination, or service administration (industrial/engineering preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, including service order management and invoicing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions/countries.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (Business Admin, Engineering, etc.).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Legally authorized to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
