Channel Account Manager (CAM) in Singapore is responsible for developing and executing a robust channel strategy across Thales CSP, driving revenue growth through strategic planning with regional sales teams and optimizing partner programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a robust channel strategy for Singapore
  • Lead territory channel plans with concrete action plans and regular reviews
  • Partner with local sales teams to analyze partner coverage, identify gaps, and support recruitment
  • Drive best practice deployment across Singapore while remaining sensitive to local specifics
  • Reduce friction in the sales channel and increase ease of doing business

Requirements

  • Extensive experience selling Thales Cyber Security & Protection (CSP) portfolio including Data Security and Application Security solutions
  • Expertise in Thales CSP processes, Salesforce, BI analytics, and marketing program execution
  • Proven strong cross-functional leadership with excellent communication skills to drive consensus across groups
  • Strong business planning ability and proven track record of executing defined plans
  • Ability to engage with all levels of a partner organization and senior management
