Channel Account Manager (CAM) in Singapore is responsible for developing and executing a robust channel strategy across Thales CSP, driving revenue growth through strategic planning with regional sales teams and optimizing partner programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust channel strategy for Singapore
- Lead territory channel plans with concrete action plans and regular reviews
- Partner with local sales teams to analyze partner coverage, identify gaps, and support recruitment
- Drive best practice deployment across Singapore while remaining sensitive to local specifics
- Reduce friction in the sales channel and increase ease of doing business
Requirements
- Extensive experience selling Thales Cyber Security & Protection (CSP) portfolio including Data Security and Application Security solutions
- Expertise in Thales CSP processes, Salesforce, BI analytics, and marketing program execution
- Proven strong cross-functional leadership with excellent communication skills to drive consensus across groups
- Strong business planning ability and proven track record of executing defined plans
- Ability to engage with all levels of a partner organization and senior management
