About This Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will lead strategic initiatives and stakeholder management for Thales' diverse engineering teams in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Coach and advise business leaders on leadership skills required for the business.
- Provide advice to line managers on people management topics including performance management and grievances.
- Focus on employee retention by listening to feedback and proposing effective strategies for the business.
- Workforce planning, including talent management and succession planning while maintaining an account of employee skills.
- Actively involved in recruitment activities, selecting and interviewing candidates to find the right fit for roles.
- Support organizational change initiatives by implementing effective HR solutions and fostering team cohesion.
Requirements
- At least 8-12 years of relevant HR experience, demonstrating a solid track record in strategic HR roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex situations with confidence and clarity.
