Hardware Qualification & Development Support Team Technician

About This Role

A full-time Hardware Qualification & Development Support Team Technician in Singapore, required to assist tool owners with preventive and remedial maintenance, troubleshoot process variations, support start-ups, and track equipment performance using statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist Tool owner in planning daily work schedules for Preventive and Remedial Maintenance.
• Perform periodic maintenance on systems within established time frames, including wet cleans and troubleshooting process variations.
• Support start-ups, retrofitting, and CIPs activities to increase productivity.
• Develop plans to improve equipment performance and uptime, utilizing statistical process control methods.
• Provide technical assistance to less experienced personnel when required and identify system problems with training experience.

Requirements

• ITE/ Diploma in Engineering or relevant studies.
• Basic understanding on semiconductor process/equipment preferred.
• Past experience handling AMAT equipment is an added advantage.
• Must be able to commit normal work hours (Monday - Friday) from the beginning and open to shift changes.
• Must possess working knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Quality Improvement, Risk Assessment, and semiconductor industry terminology.
