Responsibilities

• Establish production metrics, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Directly guide personnel in achieving production goals consistent with 5S and safety procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to refine processes for quality, volume, and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify new technologies to increase efficiency and resource utilization while maximizing profitability.
• Work closely with senior management to align operations development with business needs and promote cooperation.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and personal development to direct reports in operational management and systems optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 7-10 years of experience demonstrating understanding of concepts and principles in the job family.
• Ability to apply industry knowledge to achieve objectives within the area of contribution.
• Manages a homogeneous team and adapts plans to meet service or operational challenges.
• Identifies and resolves technical, operational, and organizational problems.
