Manufacturing Engineer II

About This Role

Applied Materials is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to lead manufacturing engineering projects, estimate costs and improve quality using Lean principles, manage test procedures, and mentor junior engineers in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequences, and processes in fabrication.
• Leads manufacturing engineering related projects as required.
• Interfaces with other engineering functions to coordinate product improvements and new products.
• Drives manufacturing engineering ePLC deliverables.
• Launches, releases, approves and implements engineering change requests to support design engineering.
• Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
