Manager, Operations Management ( 2nd shift )

About This Role

Applied Materials is seeking a Manager, Operations Management (2nd shift) to lead production teams and drive operational excellence in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of production employees
• Assign work and set priorities for manufacturing operations
• Provide technical expertise and manage daily crossovers across all levels of the Manufacturing department
• Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, and materials requirements
• Lead operational meetings to establish consistency in processes and align strategic plans
• Develop and track key organization performance metrics, including cycle time improvement

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing operations management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Proficiency in manufacturing or departmental processes requiring analysis and reporting
• Experience with Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives
• Knowledge of Applied Materials global standards of business conduct
