About This Role
Infineon seeks a Production Manager in Singapore to lead production teams, optimize processes, and drive cost-saving initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify bottlenecks and analyze production problems across departments.
- Investigate ways to reduce scrap, non-conformity, and manpower inefficiency.
- Plan and manage manpower effectively to meet department KPIs (Cycle, Delivery, Yield).
- Clarify and communicate management directions to the team.
- Lead productive and cost-saving projects contributing to company KPIs.
- Serve as a trustworthy team leader for operators, technicians, and supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as Senior Engineer or Production Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of Production Management (Lean, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience in a cleanroom environment/protocol is required.
- Ability to manage a workforce of 180-250 personnel.
- Proficiency in Tableau or Python is advantageous.
