Internship – Agentic AI to Boost Operation Support

About This Role

The Internship seeks to apply AI and MLOps techniques to enhance automated incident troubleshooting using Large Language Models, leverage Generative AI for 8D report analysis and test case generation, and scale document intelligence to identify root causes while reducing crisis-level issues.

Responsibilities

• Apply MLOps techniques to design AI agents for incident management and automated troubleshooting.
• Facilitate digital conversations with end users to answer simple inquiries.
• Maintain an integrated knowledge base for system troubleshooting.
• Use ML algorithms to identify correlations between log data and past incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical / Computer Engineering
• Analytical and inquisitive mindset
• Knowledge of ChatGPT Technology, programming skills in NLP/LLM/Python/R
• Preferably System Design Thinking
