About This Role
Infineon seeks a Senior Manager/Director in Singapore to drive profitable growth through strategic OSAT Supplier Management. This role involves securing supply, optimizing procurement processes, and managing key supplier relationships globally.
Responsibilities
- Secure supply competitively to support profitable growth through supplier interface.
- Act as SME for OSAT procurement, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Define and monitor KPIs like savings and payment terms through global sourcing.
- Apply advanced procurement methods (cost modeling, negotiation) for value analysis.
- Build resilient supply chains using market intelligence and managing crises.
- Lead major global negotiations and contracting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in relevant engineering or business field.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, with >5 years in Procurement/Supply Chain.
- Experience working with OSATs is preferred.
- Proven experience in contract management and process ownership.
- Experience in improvement processes, benchmarking, or cost analysis.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Willingness to travel 25-50% internationally.
