Staff /Senior Staff Engineer - Product Engineering

About This Role

Infineon seeks a Staff/Senior Staff Product Engineer in Singapore to own Char deliverables from design through production, driving data analysis and process improvements for cutting-edge semiconductor products.

Responsibilities

• Own Char deliverables from design to production, including post-silicon debug.
• Develop ATE char programs and correlate on simulation/ATE environments.
• Own productivity targets (yield, coverage, time) and drive data analysis.
• Drive test/assembly sites and act as technical lead for product engineering tasks.
• Ensure manufacturability through yield/fail Pareto analysis.
• Analyze root causes of deviations from production targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 3+ years product engineering experience on digital, mixed-signal, or RF/SOC devices.
• Experience with IC manufacturing and production flow (processing, assembly, tests).
• Hands-on ATE Testing experience required.
• Statistical methods and data analysis tools proficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
