Job Description Job Responsibilities Support the creation of The Ascott Limited's new wellness‑focused brand for active aging, with hands‑on experience in building brand infrastructure, SOP development, and relevant technology evaluation Work closely with colleagues across different functions to ensure alignment of the new brand Support brand launch activities, including pre‑launch and event‑related preparation Coordinate regional meetings, developing exposure to cross‑market communication and collaboration Conduct research and collaborate with external stakeholders to co‑create thought leadership articles Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, and contribute ideas that help shape business and brand strategies Support ad‑hoc projects as required Job Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in business management, healthcare, gerontology, hospitality, sociology or related field Inquisitive, creative and ability to cope with ambiguity A self-starter and enjoys co-creating new guidelines and processes Strong research and reasoning skills, analytical and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately Detail-oriented and meticulous individual with strong written and verbal communications skills Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
