Intern, Operational Excellence

About This Role

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking an Intern to review and maintain Operational Brand Standards & guidelines for properties managed by The Ascott Limited, assist with annual Service and Product Reviews (SPRs), and support hotel operations systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain Operational Brand Standards & guidelines for properties managed by The Ascott Limited.
• Work with corporate teams to integrate brand standards and incorporate Brand-specific requirements.
• Assist with annual Service and Product Reviews (SPRs) including data collation and analysis.
• Assist with the setup and roll-out of systems related to hotel operations, not limited to audit software.
• Identify and analyze ways to improve operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in business operations.
• Assist supervisor and provide support to the team on special projects as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Studies, Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism Management and/or other related disciplines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Hotel or Service Residence operations.
• Exposure to Property Management Systems will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and meticulous individual to assist in business process mapping and documentation.
