Job Description You will assist the Investment & Portfolio Management team under CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited with data analysis and reporting, as well as research and other REITs ad-hoc activities. Responsibilities Assist in data analysis of property operations and asset performance tracking Provide assistance in management reporting and quarterly business updates for investors Conduct market research on SREIT and macroeconomic developments Assist in investment and divestment activities such as the preparation of feasibility study, teasers and information memorandums Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned Requirements Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately Detail-oriented and meticulous Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
